To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A $100 fee applies to appointments canceled or rescheduled inside this window. If we arrive and the property cannot be accessed or is not ready to be photographed, a fee of 25% of the booked order total (minimum $100) applies before we can reschedule. A travel fee may also be charged if we are provided with an incorrect address.

Travel is included for properties within 30 miles (about 45 minutes) of our Manayunk, Philadelphia base. Beyond that, a travel fee of $1.25 per one-way mile is calculated automatically when you enter the property address and appears on your order summary and invoice.

Properties over 8,000 sq ft, Full Walkthrough Videos for those properties, and video edits over 3 minutes are quoted individually. Selecting one of these on this form is a request for a quote, not a charge — we will contact you before any work is scheduled.

Standard listing media is delivered within 48 hours of the end of the appointment. Technical files (MatterPak, CAD, BIM, etc.) follow the business-day turnaround listed with each item on the order form.

You will receive the exact number of photos ordered. Please use the fields above to note any specific features or areas you'd like photographed. We typically skip closets, unfinished areas, storage rooms, and garage interiors unless otherwise specified.

Media Mansion retains copyright of all photos, videos, floor plans, and digital media produced. In exchange for payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and promoting the property and your real estate business. Media may not be used by third parties to create new media without express written consent from Media Mansion.
