To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 14 hours before your scheduled appointment. A $50 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled after this window, if a property cannot be accessed, or if the property is not ready to be photographed upon arrival. A travel fee may also be charged if we are provided with an incorrect address.

Delivery of materials is within 24 hours of the end of the appointment for Essential Photos and Essential Scan bookings, and within 48 hours for Premier Combo and Deluxe Bundle bookings.

You will receive the exact number of photos ordered. Please use the fields above to note any specific features or areas you'd like photographed. We typically skip closets, unfinished areas, storage rooms, and garage interiors unless otherwise specified.

Media Mansion retains copyright of all photos, videos, floor plans, and digital media produced. In exchange for payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and promoting the property and your real estate business. Media may not be used by third parties to create new media without express written consent from Media Mansion.
